E3D Cyclops/Chimera Micro Extruder

This follows the same principles as my [Micro DUAL/QUAD Extruder](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:307218) but I have reduced the pitch of the hot end input feeds to 18mm from 20mm for the [E3D Cyclops Hotend](http://e3d-online.com/Cyclops). Also compatible with the [E3D Chimera Hotend](http://e3d-online.com/Multi-Extrusion/Chimera) too.
