Foldarap direct drive extruder

Plate to transform the foldarap from Bowden to direct drive extruder

Mounted but not tested yet

Update 24/04/2016 :
Version 2 :
- reinforced at the interfaces with the heatsink (V1 broke there)
- Cut in the hole for the NEMA stepper to make the NEMA easier to mount while the plate is at its spot

Be carefull : there are 2 different parts :
