Eustathios Z-Axis Bed Support

Remix of Eric Lien's [Eustathios v2 Spyder](https://github.com/eclsnowman/Eustathios-Spider-V2) Z-axis bed support, designed to work with a set of 1204 ball screws from Golmart. When attaching the ball nut, I'd recommend installing it so the grease port is accessible. The part was trimmed to increase z travel by 1.5cm.

The two parts are identical, except the left version adds an additional hole for a M5 z-axis adjustment screw.
