THE Tweezer strain relief

[THE Tweezer](rmjt2pxy) prints very well in standard ABS, but my print in [antistatic ABS](http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AF2L0W0) was splitting at the apex of the loop; that material is considerably more brittle than standard ABS. I tried a layered print, with standard ABS on the top 1/4. It worked, but it's not solidly ESD-safe. This support, which goes on the loop part, relieves stress on the loop.
