Rostock Max v2 40mm Layer Fan

Its a shroud to hold a 40mm fan that will clear a 60mm angel eye LED attached to the mount I also created.

*Added a file with support on the bridge for the wire clearance 6/6/15*

*v1 works fine for the supplied rostock max v2 hot end.*

*v2 and v3 were removed because they had horrible air flow. Working on another model now for an ultra low profile fan with more air flow.
