Rear Lens Cap - ARRI S Mount lens

A rear lens cap for any [ARRI S](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arri_standard) mount lens.

I ran across a place selling rear lens caps for lenses with this mount for $80 USD (!!!) so I figured I'd make one myself to share. It's a tight fit at first but after pulling it on and off a few times it'll be just perfect.
