MendelMax Compact Upper Vertex

An alternative to the larger upper vertex in the original MendelMax 1.5 - this part is more compact and gives you better visibility of your heated bed and extruder.

If you've got a SmartLCD on your MendelMax, you only need 1 of the "Right", and 2 of the "Left", otherwise you need 2 of each.

This part is derived from the excellent T MAX design by HLMAX.
