Thing-o-matic vibration reduction clamp

At my thing-o-matic there was some vibration of the y stage wood at certain y stage speeds. It turned out that one of the simplest parts in the world could fix this vibration. This reduced the noise during printing quite considerably. Would be nice if it also does so for someone else.
