16mm mod for TBS Discovery Brushless Gimbal

This mod is designed for use with motors with 16mm and 16x19 mounting holes, like the RCTimer GBM-2804 hollow shaft.The slide bar for the roll motor has also been re-sized, and a 3rd bolt hole has been added for increased accuracy and reliability.
