InMoov bicep rotGear/rotWorm replacement (lower ratio) *experimental*

I didn't like the idea of using continuous-rotation servos in my InMoov project, but was unhappy with the ratio in the standard InMoov rotGear/rotWorm, so I created my own. This is very experimental (call it alpha)- so I'm looking for feedback!

##What is it?
This is a 2.5:1 drop-in replacement for the stock InMoov rotGear and rotWorm (and a spacer). This will rotate the bi
