rp3d Pangu i3 Extruder Mount for Chinese All Metal J-Head (e3d clone)

This is a modification of the standard direct drive J-Head extruder mount that comes with the uber cheap rp3d Pangu i3 from Aliexpress.

The J-Head that the original was designed for is considerably more expensive and not as common on Aliexpress than the cheap all-metal hot ends (e3d v5 clones I think?) also sold as J-Heads.

While the mounting collar is similar, it's a difference size and so the all metal extruder doesn't fit in the original mount, also I wasn't that enamoured with the two-
