A die for your Marcato/Atlas/Regina cheapo home pasta extruder. Seems to work well. Printed in PLA 100% fill and 0.2mm layers for strength.
May revise to make ports a little farther apart - and maybe lose one. Pasta comes out pretty close to each other, and sticking is a problem.
The extruder is a pretty inexpensive one - about $80 or so on Amazon. Its a bit of work to use, but worth the low $$
Update 6/8/15 - added v2 of die with 5 thicker ports.
