Extruder for Prusa i3 Rework, Groove plate and j-head 3mm mount

Quick and dirty modification of the standard i3 rework extruder STL to use an aluminum groove plate mount for a much more rigid hotend assembly.

Created because the previous extruder I used started to soften where the hotend connects to the body, causing it to deviate from vertical.

Also includes mounting holes on the side using the same 30mm spacing of the wade extruder for the standard i3, that means you can reuse fan ducts designed for it. Those holes go through so you can mount th
