Stackable Parallella Base

This base is meant to stack clusters of 4 Parallella boards attached with a Porcupine Daughter card. A 60mm x 60mm x 15mm 5V fan is meant to fit in the center. Each level is attached to the mounting holes on the Parallella's and then supported with a threaded rod between levels.
