Wet/Dry Media Tumbler Drum

A wet/dry media drum for any basic roller tumbler.

It is big, diameter of the rolling cylinder is 9.8 inches, interior of the drum 8 inches inscribed diameter by 3.8 inches.

As it is, it will require drilling and bolts/washers/wingnuts to secure the lid to the drum. I'd recommend something to create a seal between the two parts, a rubber ring, silicone goop... something.

I have yet to print this, so feedback about the overhang or thickness of the walls/flange is very welcome.
