Outside Clip

Clip for the outside of the TOM. Why? Because sometimes you want things to run on the outside of the bot. I am using them to run the filament up to the top since I do not yet have a spool holder. I suppose once you get a spool holder this is kind of useless, but I added it to Thingiverse anyway.
