Second fan for Reprap Ormerod

This is a try to add an additional (software controlled) fan to the Reprap Ormerod. The original fan was replaced with a more quit one, which still runs all the time to cool the heat sink. The second one is controlled over the fan output of the Duet board, using DC42 firmware.
