Full utilisation of PCB heatbed build area

If you have the Reprap PCB heatbed (http://reprap.org/wiki/PCB_Heatbed) you are most likley using a piece of 200mm x 200mm glass as a build platform. You will soon realise, if you have not already, that it is rather difficult to print an object that requires the full 200 x 200 build area. This is my solution to the problem. It involves a piece of glass cut to the same size as the PCB with provision made for the mounting holes, as well as small printed place holders but there are not necessary.
