Spool support and filament guide/filter for bq Prusa i3 Hephestos

The support is largely based on the original bq part, but with the object to quicker and more easily changing spools. Instead of fixing the hub by sticking support arms from sides it simply rests on it.

Filament guide is using the same technique to hold on the frame, so I think it's a nice addition to this same collection ;-)
