19mm wrench for assembling ball and socket arm

It is a little tricky to get the locking rings of alexrich82's [locking ball and socket arm](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:824711) twisted on. This 19mm collar wrench helps. Use a 10mm wrench or a pair of pliers to twist the hex around the ball while using this to hold the locking ring in place.
