M3D heat nozzle heat sink

An attempt to add a heat break to the M3D's nozzle... hoping to find somewhere that can print/mill this out in some sort of heat conductive material once I've gotten to testing if this fits in plastic first. Note that it is a work in progress and may be updated often.

V2: usage of M2 screws will probably take too much space so I decide to remove the and go for thermal tape, something like this here:
