This is quite a popular souvenir from our country. A funny wood carving called "the Barrel Man"
I made a 3D printable version of it. The spring used was from a spring-type paper fastener you can find attached on a plastic folder. You can buy it at any bookstore or school supplies store.
It's a good display piece and a paper weight.
