Improved Hinges for Lulzbot Mini Enclosure (or any other 3mm panel)

This printed Hinge is an update and revision of thing (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:772303). It uses 1.75mm Filament as hinge pin, has nice strong design with rounded corners, and smooth operation. Has a couple of kerf parameters in the Open SCAD files to adjust the fit, based on how full your printer is printing.

The improvements in this revision are a captured pin on one end, to keep a slightly loose hinge pin from migrating down, and an improved hinge radius, for smoother movement
