Deltaprintr lower extruder holder

I modified kbraiden's design to work better with the 1/8 BSPP compression fitting I used to replace a faulty quick-connect fitting. My previous holder was too big to securely hold the new fitting.

Modifications:
1. Decreased diameter of holder and compression fitting mating surface to 9.4mm to fit a 1/8 BSPP compression fitting.
2. Holes for screws countersunk an additional 0.75mm for total of 1.5mm.
