3D filament inset to reduce 30mm (Hatchbox) spool opening to 8mm rod (Rigidbot spool holder)

Simple 3D fillament insert that reducses the spool hole to 9mm and allow for smoother rotation on 8mm rod. Rigidbot spool holder comes with 8mm rod and while spools can be used on it they tend to swing back and fort and drag the filament.
