Remix of the rope tensioner

I added a relief to the tensioner such that you can push on the tooth side of the tensioner to release the rope. I printed a few different versions and it seems this may be a good compromise...

though I did have to start from scratch because I couldn't get Solidworks to import the stl correctly...
I added a version _2 where I removed the fillets which seemed to really make the stl a huge file. On my printer I still had to sand
