Multi-Purpose razor scraper Cap

A friend purchased the Titan 11030 Multi-Purpose Razor Scraper and found that it came with a very flimsy cap (thin rubber). He asked me to design him a safer version that would lock in place. For best print results, I oriented the cap with the opening side down. You may need to scale by 25.4 to convert from mm to inches.
