3uP - Extruder E3D v6 + MK8 Drive Gear

Extruder for the 3uP!

New!:
Added new levers!, Use M3 to attach them. I haven't tried them as I don't use this extruder anymore.
Please try them, and tell me if they are good.

Pros:
-Support E3D V6 Hotend

-Easy view to the inside.
