Bolson Materials Argyle Materials spool adapter for Uprint

I'm told these two adapters allow the 2 lb spools to fit into the standard Uprint cartridge. Going to try it myself soon.

From reading, it seems someone figured out how to "repair" used up dongles and a Uprint will accept larger spools. I want to try color.
