Maker Farm Prusa I3V Z-Axis End Stop Adjustment

Z-axis end stop adjustment modification for the MakerFarm Prusa I3V 10" printer. The modification uses a screw and nut trap for fine tuning extruder height. The current model is designed to use a #6-32 screw and nut for height adjustment.
