QU-BD two up vertical bearing clamp y axis(Table)

This is a y axis(Table) vertical bearing clamp for the QU-BD one up & two up. It replaces the zip-ties that come with the kit.

V2 update: I had issues with that first version getting shredded on one side when doing high speed prints or when using the heavy heat bed. The v2 version wraps the whole bearing for extra support.
