FlashForge Creator Pro - Elastic Glass clips

One of the reasons I like printing on a glass is the ability to replace one by another and continue printing without letting the printing bed to cool down.

I have tried few clips available on Thingiverse, but run though two major issues with it.
1. The clips haven't locked the glass firmly in place due to small changes in the glass plate dimensions.
2. Adjustable solutions quickly led to the ruin of the the holding bolts.
