Neopixel stick bracket and landing gear for QAV250 miniquad

Neopixel stick slides in one end of the bracket which fits along the edge of the arms. Also optional landing gear.

UPDATE: I've now tested a these parts on my quad. They do work but I'll be making a few changes for the next version.

1. All the parts are a very tight fit. Took awhile to get the LED sticks inside the bracket and the friction pulled the cable off a couple off times initially.

2. The bolt holes in the landing gear aren't large enough for the head of the bolts I used to rest
