Sunhokey Prusa i3 Style E3D Mount with 18mm Prox Sensor Mount

Modified a Prusa i3 E3D mount to incorporate an extension for the 2015 Sunhokey X-axis stop and a mount for an 18mm proximity sensor.

The proximity sensor is mounted very close to the mount. May need some clearancing for the top nut of the prox sensor. Mine worked fine but it is a tight fit.
