I built this for my MakerBot Replicator 5th Gen Smart Extruder.
No screws needed. Prints in 2 pieces that snap together. You may have to do some filing and sanding to remove supports and clear the holes out. The idea of this filter is to keep out foreign dust and particles from entering into your extruder keeping your filament clean and dust free.
I printed with PLA at 0.20mm layer thickness and 50% infill for a pretty solid structure.
You can put a small piece of sponge and 1 drop of m
