The plastic tips on the sunvisors in my 1989 E350 Class C RV had finally dried up and broken apart. Since they are impossible to find aftermarket, my VERY limited design skills were called into action in TinkerCad.
This is a little bigger than the original piece. It does fit inside the bracket that holds it in the center of the windshield, BUT it is VERY tight. While it works on my truck, it might be slightly big for your use. So, I've linked the TinkerCad model with this so that if you need to downsize it slightly you can.
I used SainSmart 95a TPU with 60% infill on my Ender 3. It seems to print fine, but I have no idea how long it will last in the heat. Time will tell.
