e-NABLE Raptor Reloaded wrist pin for use with a thermoformed gauntlet

As the thermoformed gauntlets for e-NABLE Raptor Reloaded hands tend to have thinner hinge plates than the regular gauntlet the wrist pin needs to be a little shorter. This pin should be scaled to the same factor used for the rest of the hand.
Note that the dimensions were wrong for the snap pin when first uploaded. I corrected the problem on 24th June 2015.
