Flat to the wall J1772 Holster

I started the excellent thing:230595 and remixed it so it would lay as flat against the wall as possible. Thanks to Levi8than for publishing the SCAD, it saved me a lot of work. Unfortunately, I was more interested in the final product than making it fully parametric so there are some hardcoded values. I may fix those in the future so I've marked it WIP even though I'm using the STL as-is.
