Extruder Gear Case (Printrbot Gear Head)

Another version of the extruder case for the Printrbot Gear Head, this one adds Bondtech style M3 adjustment screws for easier gear spacing adjustment. The top of the PTFE filament guide should be as close to the extruder gears as possible.

Can be used with the [Nema 17 Motor Strap](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:892484).
