Feeder for Spring loaded extruder with PTFE and pneumatic fitting V1.4

Feeder for MasonStoneHenge Spring loaded extruder with PTFE support and pneumatic fitting for a M5 thread and for a 9.3mm thread like the one of the hot-end itself (untested). This is my first remix so it is maybe not perfect but it should do the job just fine.

V1.4 Small design fixes. The 9.3mm version is untested yet.
