Procedural Miniature Game Tank - All Random

Oh The horror, The horror. Wont preview in full detail. Just hit create and pray for luck. Generates some random styles including some in lower detail in about 1/2 hour.

Tune a gazillion parameter bounds and relations to more repetably produce "nice" tanks. - Rounded hull style.
