flex 30mm fan damper

In my quest of making the most silent kossel possible, i've added fan damper using flexible filament.

printed at layer height of 0.15
3 top/bottom layer
3 shell perimeter
30% infill honeycomb


same technique can be used for nema17 damper and printer feets
