Diamond mount for Replicator/Duplicator

Diamond Hotend mounts for Makerbot Replicator / Wanhao Duplicator 4 and possibly other clones.

Updated X-carriage and cooling shield to ver. 3.
Files now include "Wanhao ver3.factory" which is the Simplify3D file which include recommended support structure as shown on the picture.
