Dummy Jumper

In all the effort to pry parts from the platform, I was reminded of the concern with leaving naked the ABP motor pins on the heater board, so I followed Ed's suggestion here http://softsolder.com/2011/04/15/thing-o-matic-protect-the-abp-motor-terminals-on-an-hbp/ and printed a dummy jumper.
