Mount for 12mm Inductive Sensor on E3D Chimera/Cyclops/V6/V5/VOLCANO

Simple and accessible mount for any 12mm inductive sensor.
Offsets from extruder constants is:

//CHIMERA OFFSETS
X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 9
Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -30

//E3D V6 OFFSETS
X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 5
Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -38

Update: Tested with E3D V6 & Volcano - works fine. Be sure to edit offsets for needed hotend.
