I recently got a new G5 OLED tv that's flush mounted to my wall. Due to the flush mount, all cables are routed through a recessed media box that sits behind the tv. I wanted a way to hook up all the HDMI cables once and route them to a keystone plate so that I wouldn't have to pull the tv out every time I wanted to plug in a new device. Since the HDMI keys all sat vertically, I wanted to utilize 90 degree cables that went to the right since this is the side my devices were located. While I could find 6x face plates, they were still only 3 keystones high meaning that one of the left column HDMI cables would either run directly into the one on the right, use a 270 degree cable then bend the cable back in the opposite direction, or I'd have to use a cable that stuck straight out. I imported JC58's 4x faceplate into tinkercad and modified it to be a 2x4 keystone plate allowing me to have all 4 HDMI inputs face right without hitting one another.
