Hakko Style PCB Vise

This is a portable and adjustable-height vise for PCB assembly and rework.

It is inspired by [Hakko Omnivise C1390C](http://www.hakkousa.com/detail.asp?PID=2333&Page=1).

Required hardware:

* M8 hex bolt >= 20mm x1
* M8 nut x1
* M3 hex screw, countersink, 6 to 10 mm x6
* M3 hex screw, socket cap, >=6 mm x3
* M3 nut x9
