E3D Fan Shroud for Da Vinci 1.0

This is my custom E3D Fan Shroud for my modifications of the [oscahie's E3D hot-end mod.](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:707530) After printing it I gave it an acetone bath to help strength the structure since it is thin. I adhered a zip tie (with CA glue) to hold it on the E3D. I've gone through about 8 prints so far and it is holding up fine.

I'm using the stock fan.
