Plate for e3d-lite6

Other plates were giving me problems with either the nozzle having too much wobble, or pressing the ferrule into the extruder body and unlocking the PTFE tube. This one snugly grabs the neck of the e3d-lite6 and has enough material up top to keep the ferrule doing it's job.
