Angle-style fan irrigation spreader

My other designs for irrigation spreaders don't work exceptionally well if you have less-than perfect water; as in a few pieces of leaf floating in them. This is designed to have a larger opening, and therefore be more tolerant of the occasional piece of detritus. A side-effect is, of course, higher flow.
